Synch

"When minds and hearts are not in synch,

 there is bound to be misunderstanding"

Communication is really important. And, we communicate at different levels, so too, we have different meanings, and interpretations. What ever medium we're using communicating to other people, it's good that both involve synch in their minds and hearts what there talking into, and their differences. If not, surely they will not understand each other no matter how they talked.
